Financing and business structures for large projects
Learning outcomes
By the end of the module, students should be able to:
- 1. Understand the basics of business accounting statements
- 2. Analyse the profit and cash flow implications of project management
- 3. Evaluate the budgeting and control process
- 4. Critically evaluate the capital expenditure decisions behind budgeting for long term projects, including dealing with risk
- 5. Understand and debate the implications of different financial and business structures for large projects
